As the Performance Improvement Analyst I at Asante you will have the opportunity to:
Perform basic clinical and operational analysis on routine quality data, specialized incentive programs, and topics requested by administrative and clinical personnel in order to meet the strategic goals of the organization
Help other analysts, and Asante management, identify workflows and processes that could be streamlined to improve clinical outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master's degree in a related field preferred..
1-2 years professional level work experience including direct experience in data collection, analysis and information systems.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Comfort working with mainframe or mid-range computer systems. Knowledge of database concepts and ability to apply professional principles to effectively summarize data.
Ability to work logically through complex problems.
Strong data analysis skills, problem solving skills and creativity in evaluating solutions.
Ability to prioritize activities relative to time frames and work on multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to accuracy and detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines. Self-starter who can work independently, but still be a team player.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in a professional and positive manner that is value-added to Asante.
