We are seeking for a Certified Anesthesia Tech, certified through the American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians to join one of the top surgery teams in the state of Oregon. At ARRMC Anesthesia Technology professionals work under the direction of an Anesthesiologist as vital members of the Anesthesia care team. The Anesthesia technicians are proficient in the application, acquisition, preparation, and troubleshooting of various types of equipment required for the delivery of anesthesia care. Their knowledgebase includes anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and the principles of Anesthesia technology.

What You'll Do

Become part of an extraordinary surgery team that has been ranked a top surgery center in the state of Oregon.

Collaborate with the Anesthesiologists and other members of the preoperative health care team

Communicate with vendors and participate in the evaluation of new anesthesia equipment and supplies

Perform inventory and participate in annual budgeting

Assess the needs of the Anesthesia department

Who You Are

You're a Certified Anesthesia Technician through the American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians

You are able to clearly and effectively communicate to vendors and Anesthesiologists

What You Must Have

Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start

Anesthesia Technician Certification (ASATT) through the American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians
