Physical Therapist ARRMC (Physical Therapy)

This position includes a sign-on/milestone bonus potential and relocation for candidate that meet the bonus guidelines.

The Physical Therapist (Pelvic Floor Specialist) provides physical therapy services to a wide variety of patients and works closely with others on the rehabilitation team and in other departments. Our Physical Therapist provides quality, cost-effective services aimed at optimizing independent function. Therapists are expected to be generalists, including basic assessment to all referred patients.

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a positive, team-oriented work environment, and who want to practice their craft in a supportive, development-oriented workplace - and who are comfortable working in intensive care, general medical and surgical units. Therapists must be flexible as to assignments and weekend rotations and may be asked to cover other worksites.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent or certificate from a school of Physical Therapy is required.
  • Ability to adhere to and maintain expertise regarding federal and state regulations, and specific carrier requirements.
  • Expertise in Pelvic Floor, preferred.
  • Physical Therapist license by the Oregon Physical Therapist Licensing Board.
  • Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association.

  • Ability to process information and to problem-solve individually and within a team setting
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks appropriately and to manage time well
  • Flexibility with scheduling along with the ability to provide treatment to patients on weekend assignments
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and business
  • Ability to make decisions independently and in accordance with established policies
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality appropriate for a large corporate environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with close attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, and Word.
