Manager of Patient Care Services - General Medicine and Pediatrics

Salary based on experience and starting at $128,740.10 with an annual incentive bonus of up to 10% based on performance and strategic goals.

The Manager of Patient Care Services for our General Medicine and Pediatrics unit is responsible for providing foundational management and leadership for our dedicated Pediatric and General Medicine staff using Asante Guiding Values. At a high level, the Manager is responsible for embodying our Asante leadership principles, managing the strategic direction, coordinating available resources, and supporting our health care professionals in the delivery of superb health care services. This leadership role is part of a tight knit, adaptive, and highly collaborative team that continues to excel in patient safety and satisfaction.

Our E Station is a 24-bed, General Medicine unit that also operates as the ATRMC Pediatrics unit. We have 2 Peds rooms. We are a team of over 50 healthcare professionals. Our staff is engaged and adaptable led by nurses committed to the Pathway of Excellence model of staff empowerment and validated leadership support.

What You Must Have


  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field or within 6 months of completion is required
  • Master's degree in Nursing Preferred


  • Three or more years progressive leadership / supervisory nursing experience required
  • Experience in an acute care environment required
  • Previous management experience Preferred


  • Registered Nursing License licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing required upon start
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association required upon start
