POSITION SUMMARY
The Practice Operations Supervisor is responsible for the provision of excellent care for patients. Supervises nonphysician/provider staff working in the clinic (e.g. front-desk, Medical Assistant, medical records, etc.) and is responsible for clinic day-to-day operations, overseeing and conducting a variety of administrative functions such as scheduling, coding, billing, record keeping, time keeping, invoices and supplies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree, preferred
Experience
- 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a physician or medical office setting with at least one in a supervisory or lead role.
