Located in Medford, Oregon, Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC) is a 378-bed regional referral and trauma center featuring the latest medical technology and clinical expertise. The hospital team delivers nationally recognized heart and stroke care, orthopedic services, cancer care and diabetes care, as well as a comprehensive range of key services including neurology and neurosurgery, bariatric surgery, rehabilitation services, the region's only neonatal intensive care unit, home care and hospice services, and the only hospital-based sleep center in Southern Oregon.

Within our Medical Surgical (aka Med-Surg ) specialties at ARRMC, you will discover a variety of specialties including Cardiac, General Medicine, Post Surgical, Ortho Neuro, and Medical Oncology. With the strong support of our skilled CNAS, our average nurse staffing ratio is 1:4 or 1:5. As a Med Surg nurse, you will find a wide variety of diagnoses, along with complex disease and conditions, giving you broad experiences and exposures to new challenges.

As an LPN, we offer a robust new nursing orientation training program designed to support LPNs who are new to nursing or new to acute care. In collaboration with our nursing leaders, educators and preceptors, Asante provides a warm welcome and collaborative environment for LPNs seeking to practice nursing within acute care!

Who You Are

  • You are a soon to be licensed LPN or current LPN wanting to expand your nursing skills.

What You Must Have

  • Completion of an LPN Program required upon start date (may apply prior to completion!).
  • LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start.
  • BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start.
