The LPN is a professional caregiver responsible and accountable for his/her practice for assigned patient(s), contributing to the utilization of the nursing process, under the supervision and direction of the RN. The LPN performs all duties in accordance with department policies and procedures and scope of practice.
The Wound Clinic has a dynamic team who are passionate about the work they do. This position will require an individual who excels as a team member, enjoys wound care, loves to learn and develop new skills and is comfortable with a physically active work environment. In this role, the LPN assists in providing direct and indirect care for patients with acute and chronic wounds, tubes, ostomies, burns and pressure ulcers.
