Full Time Emergency Medicine Physician in Grants Pass, Oregon

We provide high quality healthcare to the community of Grants Pass and surrounding areas in Josephine County. This is a per diem position. Candidates must be BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM). Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass is a community hospital that offers a wide range of high-quality medical care to residents of Southern Oregon. The 125-bed hospital combines the small hospital feel with the high-tech capabilities of a large facility.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education: Licensed physician and graduate of approved medical school. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine is required.

License / Certification: Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges - this includes but is not limited to, holding position-specific certifications/memberships as determined by Asante Medical Staff team (i.e. ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc.); Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

Other Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship skills, and knowledge of common Emergency Department throughput and regulatory metrics required.
