Position Summary

The Asante Community Connect program is an opportunity to establish a shared EHR platform with independent providers in the community to help us serve the needs of Asante Health Network and community patients. The Community Connect Account Manager (CCAM) is the primary liaison between Community Connect customers and Asante. The CCAM serves as account representative during full life cycle of customer including sales, implementation, and support processes. The CCAM also manages the sales efforts for potential Community Connect partners, including demonstrations, scoping, contract and pricing delivery, and coordination of service; is responsible for all site communications, conflict resolution, compliance of site deliverables and revenue; manages and reports out on all customer account activity, maintains bi-directional communications between parties, ensures quality standards are met and change management protocols are followed; and develops and maintains protocols for customers to follow Asante's foundation system and alignment with community health needs.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or Healthcare, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
• Master's degree or above in business, IT, Healthcare, or other related field, preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years in a coordinator or similar service-oriented role, project management, or relevant healthcare experience, is required.

Licensure/Certifications

• Epic Proficiency, preferred.
