2825 E. Barnett Rd, Medford, OR 97504, 520 SW Ramsey Ave, Grants Pass, OR 97527 & 500 SW Ramsey Ave, Grants Pass, OR 97527. Requirements are medical degree or foreign equivalent.

Completion of Neurology residency and completion of Neuromuscular Medicine Fellowship. Eligible to obtain or has obtained an Oregon medical license. Board eligible or board certified in Neurology. Duties are diagnose, treat, and manage patients with diseases and disorders of the nervous system and brain including multiple sclerosis, migraines, Parkinson's, strokes, traumatic brain injury, and epilepsy. Neurologist will examine patients, obtain medical histories, and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Neurology position is mostly outpatient, with a small inpatient work required. On-call duties required. Administrative duties as Site Medical Director at 520 S.W. Ramsey Avenue, Grants Pass, Oregon and 2900 State Street, Medford, Oregon 97504 are approximately 4 hours per week additional to primary full-time duties and on an as needed basis. Limited travel to and from the four worksites, as needed.
