Manager of Talent Acquisition

Position Summary

The Manager of Talent Acquisition for Asante plays a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent to support the healthcare system's mission and goals. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position oversees all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. The Manager of Talent Acquisition collaborates closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports to analyze recruitment effectiveness.
  • Participate in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy discussions with senior leadership and provide recommendations to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.

Position Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment, with progressively increasing responsibility, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence external stakeholders and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • RACR or related recruitment certification preferred.
