Manager of HR Operations

The Manager of HR Operations and Employee Service Center ensures the effective functioning of HR processes and systems. Providing insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize human resources functions. Oversees the Employee Service Center, managing a team of HR professionals to provide high-quality customer service and support on a wide range of HR inquiries, transactions, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor service center metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the Employee Service Center, emphasizing empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness in all interactions with employees, managers, and stakeholders
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction scores and implement corrective actions as needed to address areas for improvement
  • Ensure accurate and consistent interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in responding to inquiries and processing transactions



  • 5 years' experience in HR operations, HRIS systems, and employee service delivery required
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, benefits administration, payroll processing, and HR compliance requirements required
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on customer service excellence and continuous improvement required
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
