HR Analyst (HR Compensation)


We are searching for an experienced, highly skilled and analytical compensation analyst to join our HR team. This role will support the organization's compensation strategy through analysis and optimization of compensation practices in effort to attract and retain top talent. The HR Analyst will work to validate and analyze data to make recommendations to improve HR programs, practices, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts in-depth analysis of current compensation programs
  • Evaluates market data to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive
  • Collaborate with HR team to understand and address compensation related issues
  • Stays informed on current compensation trends and best practices

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3 years professional level analytical experience which provides knowledge of Human Resources function, business practices and organizational structure preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Education:

  • PHR: Professional in Human Resources by HRCI
  • SPHR: Senior Professional in Human Resources by HRCI
  • CEBS: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist
  • CCP: Certified Compensation Professional
  • SHRM-CP: Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional
  • SHRM-SCP: Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional
