Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.0 | Full Time | Primarily Mon - Fri / 8AM - 5PM

PLEASE NOTE: This is a remote position, however due to our pay practices, qualified candidates MUST reside within one of the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KY, ME, MI, MT, NC, NM, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA. Candidates need to live or relocate to one of the aforementioned states and working remotely will require reliable broadband internet and personal cell phone service. Remote work may include working day-to-day operations during Pacific Standard business hours or online training.

Salary: Based on experience and level of positions. While candidates at the Decision Support 2 level are preferred, candidates at the Decision Support 1 level will be considered. Details regarding qualifications for both levels are noted below. The range reflected in the posting is the minimum for the DS Analyst 1 up to the max of the range for the DS Analyst 2.

Decision Support Analyst 2 - Position Overview

The Decision Support Analyst 2 acts as an organizational expert and knowledge resource covering all areas of the decision support system (DSS) and, as applicable, the external benchmarking system (EBS). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, mastery in the implementation, audit, maintenance, operation and upgrading of the decision support system (DSS) and the external benchmarking system (EBS). The Analyst 2 performs complex financial, clinical, and operational analysis using DSS and other Asante systems, frequently combining disparate data sources into a well-reasoned and comprehensive analysis product with minimal supervision and guidance.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or other related field - or the equivalent in education/experience (typically at least 4 years of additional and relevant experience if no degree) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience, or 2 years of experience in Decision Support at Asante, required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs. Comfort working with mainframe or mid-range computer systems.

Decision Support Analyst 1 - Position Overview

The Decision Support Analyst 1 is responsible for learning and developing mastery in the implementation, audit, maintenance, operation and upgrading of the decision support system and, as applicable, the external benchmarking system. The DS Analyst 1 performs basic financial, reimbursement, clinical, and operational analyses.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field - or the equivalent in education/experience (typically at least 4 years of additional and relevant experience if no degree) is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SQL and Outlook.
• Comfort working with mainframe or mid-range computer systems.
• Knowledge of database concepts and ability to apply professional principles to effectively summarize data along with strong analytical skills.
