Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Consultant is responsible for assisting in managing and implementing tactical aspects of marketing and communications for Asante for various projects in assigned services lines and other corporate brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for marketing communication and a proven track record in managing complex projects from conception through execution. Works under minimal supervision performing a variety of varied and complex tasks. Key areas of responsibility: Maintains responsibility for planning, project management, implementing and evaluating strategies for assigned clients and service lines to ensure they support the mission, vision and values of the organization.

Serve as the liaison between Communications and Marketing and your assigned service areas. Deliver content ideas to team members for internal and external communications. Be the Communications and Marketing project manager for facility/department moves and changes, collaborating well with other departments. Assist service lines with updating and reviewing their template materials for patient care and developing outreach plans and materials to increase awareness in our region. You will act as a trusted advisor for your service areas, building long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Position Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, English, or equivalent work experience

Experience

• 5 years of dynamic experience in marketing and/or communications strategy and execution, or in a related field. High-level proficiency in planning and client management
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices. Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills. Possess an expert understanding of both digital and print marketing best practices, including email, direct mail, SMS, Social, etc. allowing for the development of campaign strategies that effectively engage target audiences across various channels
• Solution-oriented individual, with strong ability to be flexible and creative in solving problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, takes initiative, manages time well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Highly organized and detail oriented and project timelines, content schedules
• Adobe Creative Suite experience, required
• Basic video and editing capabilities, preferred
• Experience with WordPress, preferred
