Supv Rehab ARRMC - 1 (Physical Therapy)

Position Summary

Position's responsibilities are both supervisory and clinical: ensures smooth daily operation of the department, provides oversight and development to the assigned Rehab staff, and coordinates services with other departments. Develops the assigned service, and strengthens relationships with referral sources. Provides patient care services as caseload and staffing necessitates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform personnel management for staff, including hiring, performance management, etc.
• Participates in continuous improvement of the financial performance of the department.
• Systematically administer functions such as competency assurance, quality assurance, labor law compliance, licensure validation, life/safety drills and observance of policies and procedures.

Position Qualifications

Experience

• 5 years of clinical experience required.
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent or certificate from a therapy school, required.

Certification/Licensure

• BLS: Basic Life Support
• Rehabilitation Therapist (PT, OT or SLP) licensed by the applicable Oregon Agency
• ODL: Oregon Driver's License with proof of safe driving record for the past 10 years and proof of insurance may be required
