THE POSITION

The Temporary Recruiter is responsible for developing recruitment strategies to fulfill required current and future staffing levels for Asante. This position will partner with hiring leaders to develop talent pipelines to secure top talent for Asante, recruit candidates, consult on and manage interview strategies, and present competitive offers. In addition, the Recruiter will manage the placement of all recruitment advertising, utilizing key media, such as social, job board aggregators, professional associations and universities, as well as schedule and attend job and career fairs.

WORK EXPERIENCE

2 years experience in recruitment, human resources, sales, marketing, or relevant business experience required.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE

Required

*Associate's degree in business, communications, marketing, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or human resources.
• PHR: Professional in Human Resources (HRCI)
