Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Physician Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top physician talent to meet the needs of our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified physicians.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical professionals, and healthcare organizations.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and participating in the contract review process.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, networking, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, licensing requirements, and market conditions to advise both clients and candidates effectively.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Educates, consults and collaborates with leadership team on the market availability of candidates, compensation updates, specialty trends, sourcing trends and other key components, including locums

Requirements

Experience:

  • 4 years progressively related human resources and recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in business administration/management, Human Resources or Communications/Marketing.

FASPR certification

  • CPXP certification
  • CPRP: Certified Physician/Provider Recruiter (AAPPR)
