Position Summary

The Operating Room Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the business operations of the Operating Room within the Surgery Department. This individual will work closely with leadership to ensure efficient and effective operation of the OR, including financial management, revenue cycle management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
• A demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare IT systems

Position Qualifications

Experience

• 3 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on surgical services or operating room operations is preferred
• A strong understanding of healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, and regulatory compliance is required

Education

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field is required
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field is preferred
