Position Information: On call candidate must not hold a full-time position with Asante and be able to pick up last minute sick call and weekends.

Salary: Wages are between $51.92 - $74.80 an hour. Increases are based on years of experience in the field. Plus, you will earn shift differentials for swing, night, and weekend hours:

• $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $2.50 extra for working weekends

Position Summary

Asante's Black Oak Immediate Care is open 365 days a year from 8:00am to 8:00pm and the RN's in this role will work within those days and hours. These RN positions require recent ED RN experience of greater than 2 years as well as expert skills regarding ESI triage criteria.

Position Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Experience

• 2 or more years of recent ED RN experience and expert skills regarding ESI triage criteria is required.

License/Certification

• RN: Registered Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing required upon start.
• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start.
