Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position will require occasional travel to Grants Pass Device Clinic location to work. (use of own vehicle)
Salary: Typical salary range based on experience -$30.64-$38.30

The LPN is a professional caregiver responsible and accountable for his/her practice for assigned patient(s), contributing to the utilization of the nursing process, under the supervision and direction of the RN. The LPN performs all duties in accordance with department policies and procedures and scope of practice. This LPN position will work in the Cardiac Studies Pacing office, located in the Cardiovascular Institute (CVI) building supporting the Device Clinic pacing program. Strong knowledge of EKG, cardiac rhythm, pacemaker device, cardiac terminology is preferred in this position.


  • Completion of an LPN Program
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
  • Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
