The Spears Cancer Center on the campus of Asante Three Rivers is growing by 24,000 square feet with a new two-story building. The expanded 35,000-square-foot Spears Cancer Center will house all outpatient cancer services for one-stop patient convenience, including radiation therapy, infusion, lab and pharmacy services. It joins the Heimann Cancer Center in Medford as part of the Asante Regional Cancer Institute.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Manager, Asante Three Rivers Spears Cancer Center provides leadership using Asante Guiding Values to one or more clinical areas and/or services. The primary purpose of the position is to oversee general daily operations, coordinate available resources, assist in the management and guide the strategic direction of the Center, and assure accountability of health care professionals to support delivery of superb health care services within the Center.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• 5 years progressive leadership experience and 2 years of clinical experience. Clinical leadership required.

Education

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (MSN or Bachelors in related field within 6 months of hire)

• Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Business Administration (MBA) or Heath Administration (MHA)

Licensure/Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) by the Oregon State Board of Nursing

• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified by the American Heart Association (AHA)
