Asante is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Critical Care team in beautiful Southern Oregon in Fall 2023. The ideal candidate should have two or more years of critical care experience as an NP or PA and should be proficient at independently performing procedures such as central lines, arterial lines and chest tubes.We have an amazing group of physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff. OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

• 12-hour shifts - 7 days on/7 days off schedule
• Rotating day/night schedule
• Full time position - 159 shifts per year
• Shift rate of $900
• Annual quality incentives starting in year 2
• $7,500 - $10,000 signing bonus DOE
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• $4,000 annual CME allowance
