This is a remote/work from home position - however, due to our pay practices, qualified candidates must reside in one of the following states: OR, WA, CA, NV, CO, AZ, ID, KY, TN, GA, NC, OK, TX, MA, PA, FL, ME, ND, MO, AK. While candidates need to live or relocate to one of the aforementioned states, working remotely will require reliable broadband internet and personal cell phone service. Remote work may include day-to-day operations, off hour on-call coverage, or online training. Salary is based on qualifications and years of relevant experience.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Coordinator Patient Relations serves as a liaison between patients, family members and the hospital staff and facilitates the resolution of complaints and concerns for the purpose of meeting the DNV expectations and maximizing patient satisfaction and loyalty. Educates patients, family members and the professional staff regarding patient rights and advocates for a satisfactory resolution for all involved. Facilitates the service recovery program. May include responsibility for the peer review process and the lost and found program.
