POSITION SUMMARY
The Nutrition Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and leading Nutrition Services staff in completion of daily shift duties and activities. This includes coordinating food production and service for patients and the cafeteria; and monitoring food for temperature, quality and portion control. May also coordinate catering events.
