Supv Pt Care Services ARRMC (Intensive Care Unit)
The Patient Care Services Supervisor(ICU)provides oversight and coordination for a designated clinical program and related patient care areas. The primary focus is supervising daily patient care and ensuring that the care meets quality standards in a cost-effective manner. In addition, the Patient Care Services Supervisor provides performance improvement, statistical data collection, patient and community education, and management of organizational changes for the department and related patient care areas. The Supervisor collaborates with the direct Manager on related goal setting and planning; and provides consistent and timely information and feedback to the leader, including input regarding financial and/or quality performance and human resources issues.

Our Intensive Care Unit:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Our Silver Beacon honored neuro-ortho ICU has a total of 15 beds, and we see it all here - from stroke to surgical to trauma. The ICU offers a broad range of specialty services, including but not limited to, invasive intercranial pressure monitoring, continuous renal replacement therapy, advanced ventilation therapies, and primary stroke center therapies. Our team is focused on creating an optimal work environment while delivering excellent care through best practices and expert patient care.
