Physical Therapist - Outpatient (4 day work week)

Additional Position Details: This position will be four 10-hour shifts per week.

Salary is based on qualifications and years of relevant experience. New Grads start at $36.07/hr with a mid-range of $45.09/hr.

This position is eligible for a bonus of up to 10% (Combination of Sign-on and Retention) of annual wage as well as a generous Relocation package for qualifying candidates!

Position Summary

Our Physical Therapists are highly valued by our medical professionals, and our focus is on quality of patient care. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center (ATRMC), you will have the advantage of working in a facility that is the pride of the community. You will also have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patient diagnoses. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a positive, team-oriented work environment, and who want to practice their craft in a supportive, development-oriented workplace We have a busy orthopedic and sports medicine programs as well as neuro and other specialty populations.

Outpatient Therapists will be expected to occasionally work at Three Rivers Medical Center as needed and training in the inpatient setting is provided.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or certificate from a school of Physical Therapy is required

Experience

• None required outside of licensure

Licensure/Certifications

• PT: Physical Therapist licensed by Oregon Physical Therapist Licensing Board required upon start
• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start

Required Skills

• Ability to process information and to problem-solve individually and within a team setting
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks appropriately and to manage time well Flexibility with scheduling along with the ability to provide treatment to patients on weekend assignments
• Strong knowledge of CMS documentation requirements
• Ability to make decisions independently and in accordance with established policies
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality appropriate for a medical environment
• Strong organizational skills, with close attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, and Word
• Electronic medical documentation experience
