After seeing Respiratory Therapists in action during the past two years, Asante recognizes our Respiratory Therapists' contributions more than ever. We also have an established career path for our Respiratory Therapists at Asante, which includes the following roles:
Respiratory Care Practitioner 1 - work in non-critical care areas and no prior experience is required
Respiratory Care Practitioner 2 - work in critical care areas and require at least six months of prior experience
Respiratory Care Practitioner 3 - advanced role that allows you to work at the top of your license and provides you with a high level of autonomy to assess patients and build and implement a care plan. These roles are typically split into two groups:
