Supervisor of Nutrition Services

The Supervisor of Nutrition Services is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, room service and the cafeteria. They are responsible for department productivity, quality, and cleanliness. This position will do all of the ordering, scheduling, billing while holding staff meetings and attending all necessary leadership meetings. They must be able to multi-task job duties while supervising staff and working necessary floor shifts. The Supervisor will oversee all hiring, performance improvements and any corrective actions that are necessary as well preparing the room service menu and cafeteria menu. Supervisor will be accountable for the FY budget and all projects that are related to Nutrition Services. This position reports directly to the Director of Ancillary services at AACH.
