Asante will pay your wages and tuition to take a two-week course to become a CNA2. After clinicals, you’re then promoted with a pay increase.
To start out, all you’ll need is a CNA1 license. You’ll begin work in one of our medical surgical departments at the location of your choice:
Eight to twelve weeks after your start date, you’ll be sent to a CNA2 course that’s built into your schedule. We’ll pay for the course and your hourly rate while you’re in class. You won’t need to attend your regular shifts for two weeks, since you’ll be in class from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
After the course and clinicals, you’re promoted with a pay increase!
