Due to a nationwide shortage of Histotechnologist, Asante is currently offering on the job Histotechnologist training for individuals who have met the academic requirements below. We provide this unique training to one trainee at a time to ensure they have our full support and are successful. A common career pathway into a laboratory or into healthcare in general is completing a phlebotomist program. A phlebotomist role offers you the opportunity to gather a firsthand experience of healthcare and how our departments operate. At Asante, we offer a flexible, supportive and successful orientation for our phlebotomists in partnership with our local phlebotomy schools!
Asante’s CNA Bridge Program will pay your wages and tuition to take a two-week course to become a CNA2. After clinicals, you’re then promoted with a pay increase.
Our job shadowing program is for high school students age 16 and over and college students who are not yet enrolled in a health care-related education program, but who have an interest in pursuing a health care education and career. Please email your completed application to [email protected].
